The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has partnered with ActiveHealth Management to bring employees of eligible employers an exciting new opportunity!  As an employee of Triad, you are now eligible to take part in this FREE program!  You can earn rewards by doing activities that contribute to your better health, such as taking an online health assessment, meeting with a health coach, and participating in a biometric screening!

Then, please visit Go.Activehealth.com/BetterYouBetterOhio . On the website, hover over ‘workforce’ and then choose ‘request to enroll’. The enrollment process will take 2 days to have your profile created. You will then get an email from Quest inviting you to register.
